About Andy Haynes
Andy was born in Bristol and then spent most of his childhood and adult life living in Worcestershire.
He's enjoyed a varied work life, starting out in retail high street shops, then on to Ford and Toyota car dealerships, before becoming a radio personality with the BBC.
His hobby was investing in property to provide housing for tenants who were not in a position to buy their own home. This led him to building a portfolio that enabled him the freedom to go part-time with broadcasting.
He next spent many years as a property investor trainer, inspiring like-minded people to create their own portfolio alongside working in their jobs and he has been the catalyst for hundreds if not thousands of course students.
This led Andy onto writing a book especially for first-time property buyers who dream of one day owning their own home. It shares the investing strategies, used by the professionals, that can help to make this happen, and some of these techniques need only a small amount of money to get started.
Andy is an accredited business mentor, a member of the Professional Speaking Association, and a founder director of Bradley Haynes Law which is a solicitor firm based in Worcester, although he is not a solicitor himself.
In his spare time, Andy writes and publishes books, he volunteers as a school governor, enjoys learning to dance like you see on Strictly (but not as good), he exercises and enjoys walking, tries his hand at playing the card game, Crib, in a local pub league, and enjoys spending time with his family and Cavapoo dog.
It's amazing how he fits it all in around his so-called day jobs!
